Landcom, the NSW Government’s land and property development organisation, aims to create innovative and productive places that demonstrate global standards of liveability, resilience, inclusion, affordability and environmental quality. walterwakefield has worked with Landcom since 2018 on various projects including corporate communications and reporting, website design and development, and community placemaking branding and engagement communications.
We refreshed the Landcom brand style to create a completely new look and feel for the corporate reporting suite. We created the concept ‘pathways to place’ which symbolically represents the journey taken to create a sense of home. It plays with the interaction between people and their environment, alluding to the sense of place that is an intrinsic part of our identities.
We bring this concept to life in motion in the digital design rollout, including the website and social media. This concept was so successful that it took off within the organisation as a unifying brand theme, and has been picked up and used across various other touchpoints including fleet branding and interior branding.
