A holistic approach to internal communications

‘Agility’ was conceived as an internal communications initiative to aid understanding of structural changes occurring within the WorleyParsons business over an 18-month period. The Agility project helped maintain an open and transparent line of communication inside the business through delivering key messages across the organisation in a straightforward and engaging way. 

Multi-channel delivery

Agility aimed to streamline internal communications upwards, downwards and across the business. To effectively communicate the structural changes we engaged with key internal stakeholders to produce an informative microsite with video content and detailed Q&As (question and answers). The Agility project was globally accessible to all WorleyParsons staff and available in five languages.

Digital execution

The microsite was available in high and low bandwidth to accommodate a global audience with varying accessibility capabilities. This ensured the total audience interacted with the site at an optimal speed.

Video content

Video content was produced to maintain high levels of employee interest. By integrating project success stories, the WorleyParsons leadership team delivered astute explanations of the structural changes whilst maintaining relevance to internal stakeholders.
