MarketingWW was approached to develop a brand and value proposition for an eLearning ecosystem, including modules, to support CHEP’s drive to add customer value. This ecosystem allows customers to undertake training on effective equipment control anytime, at their own pace.
The objectives were to improve the Net Promoter Score, enhance customer and employee experiences, reduce equipment losses, reduce customer complexity, and save customers time and money.
The marketing goals were to communicate the value proposition, grow awareness, build interest, and support conversion, through a range of tactics, including digital marketing strategy. The success of the campaign was measured through user enrolment numbers.
