As WorleyParsons’ brand manager, walterwakefield assisted in the creation of the advisory arm to complement their global engineering business. walterwakefield provided strategic advice founded on in-depth stakeholder research, interviews and workshops to uncover the brand positioning of the new advisory business line. The outcome of this process was “Advisian”, the integration of skilled advisors and technicians. Advisian has launched across four continents and integrated existing WorleyParsons’ business lines (Consulting, INTECSEA and EcoNomicsTM ) with two acquired firms (MTG, Ltd. and Evans & Peck). Throughout this journey, walterwakefield has provided strategic branding advice and design guidance to manage a series of complex global brand transitions smoothly.
