Cocktails at

Tailor Room is an intimate and exclusive cocktail bar located inside the historic Argyle building in Sydney’s Rocks precinct. We worked with Tailor Room to create a brand identity that captures the bar’s intimate, sophisticated, and mysterious atmosphere.

Inspired by the building’s textile heritage, the three-dimensional logo mark incorporates a hanger into the “A,” while the colour palette, typography, menus, and tactile collateral deliver a fully immersive, multi-sensory brand.
The cocktail menu was designed as a playful, interactive element, allowing guests to explore textures and materials as part of discovering their drinks, reinforcing the narrative of craftsmanship, detail, and discovery.

With a desire to expand their range, we worked with Brilliant Food by taking a fresh approach, and creating a distinct, flexible brand that allows each food type to shine while maintaining overall consistency.
was developed, featuring colour palettes tailored to different food categories and imagery that clearly communicates the content, making it easy for customers to recognise and be enticed by the products.

The Collective is a premium yet approachable hospitality destination in the heart of The Rocks, offering world class experiences across restaurants, bars, and a nightclub.

We developed a brand identity for The Collective to reflect this balance of sophistication and accessibility.

The logo combines a delicate, elegant style for “the” with a bold, modern treatment for “COLLECTIVE,” symbolising the union of tradition and contemporary energy.

A hierarchical logo suite ensures consistent branding across the main venue and its sub-brands:

Menus and collateral were designed to align with this identity, creating a cohesive, premium, and engaging experience for every guest.

Catch Fish and Chips brings the warmth and simplicity of the Aussie beachside tradition to Chermside, creating a fun and approachable destination for the local community.

The bespoke mascot, “Gulliver the Seagull,” adds personality and playfulness, while the colour palette—seaside blue and chippy yellow—reflects the coastal vibe and golden, crispy fish and chips.
