Job Description

As an Account Manager at WW, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring successful outcomes. You will work closely with WW management, our clients, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Ensure the successful delivery of WW projects across key milestones
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as required
  • Available and responsive to service client needs whilst maintaining a work-life balance 
  • Manage resourcing within the studio and delegate workload to meet client deadlines
  • React quickly, calmly and efficiently to unexpected or urgent client requests 
  • Assist with pitches and proposals
  • Assist with monthly project invoicing
  • Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly management reports tracking financial performance against budget and variance/operational analysis and commentary
  • Project-specific management financial reporting and metrics

 

Key Requirements

  • Experience as an Account Manager or relevant role within an agency environment
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with MS Office, Google Suite, and Work Management Software (e.g. Scoro) 
  • Strong understanding of agency functions, including Strategy, Planning, Print, Digital and Production

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration, sales or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
